As a part of the company you will have the following responsibilities:

You will ensure the provision of high quality support in DUTCH (via phone, e-mail and chat) for one of the most innovative products of the company by Service Level Agreement. The clients are mainly based in Europe.

Successful candidates must possess the following:

- Excellent command of DUTCH language (both written and verbal)
- Very good level of English language
- Ability to communicate and manage with clients and solve customer queries over phone or Internet
- MS Office skills (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) and Open Office suite
- Experience with customer care, focus on customer satisfaction

Advantages:

- Some experience in the service sector or in an international support centre
- Command of one of the following European languages - German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc . along with Dutch and English
- Previous professional experience or in-depth knowledge about browsers (MS Internet Explorer or equivalent) and any additional certification (Microsoft/CCNA, etc.)
